Body Armor LEVEL IIA made by NIJ standarts is a concealed bulletproof vest featuring an integrated carrier to enhance mobility and increase coverage. The shoulder straps and adjustable to fit you perfectly. Level IIA protection conforms to NIJ 0101.04 ballistic resistance standards. The vest also has trauma insert internal pockets in the front and back so you can add speed or blade plates. Six-point removable straps adjust and hook into place to hold it on snugly, and the polyester cotton of the carrier gives extra comfort, flexibility and lightness. The ballistic panels have special self-support to prevent the carrier from sagging. With a thickness of 0.17”, it’s made in a shirt-tail construction and is waterproof around the panels. To clean the carrier, hand wash and drip dry.

Very light and economical, but not quite as concealable as I hoped in a level 2a vest. Overall, I am satisfied and it should work well for my position as a courier which entails a lot of movement in and out of vehicles
